Already have a business phone number?
You don't have to change it. With any provider you can either port your number over (5–10 business days — your customers keep calling the same number) or forward your existing line to your new number (instant). Either way, nothing changes for your callers.

Common Questions
What if I don't have a phone system yet?
You'll need an account with one of our supported phone systems — Dialpad, Zoom Phone, or Quo (OpenPhone). All three offer free trials. Once you have a phone number set up (with call recording turned on for Zoom and Quo), you can connect it to Koda in a couple of minutes.
Can I keep my existing business phone number?
Yes! With any supported phone system you have two options:
- Port your number: Transfer your existing number to your new provider permanently (5-10 business days)
- Forward calls: Keep your current phone service and forward calls to your new number (instant setup)
Either way, your customers can keep calling the same number they always have.
What if I use a different phone system?
Koda currently works with Dialpad, Zoom Phone, and Quo (OpenPhone). We're adding more based on customer demand. Contact us to request a specific integration — or use call forwarding to send your existing line to one of the supported systems.
What Jobber plan do I need?
Koda works with all Jobber plans - Core, Connect, and Grow. You just need to be able to authorize third-party app connections.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We connect to Jobber and your phone system securely (OAuth where supported, or an API key you generate for Quo) — we never see your passwords. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You can disconnect at any time from your settings.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes! Paid plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. A credit card is required to start a paid trial, but you won't be charged until day 15 and can cancel anytime before then. The Free plan needs no card.
