After your free trial, you'll be billed monthly on the same date you signed up. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
We'll notify you when you reach 80% and 100% of your monthly limit. If you exceed your limit, calls will continue to be processed, and you'll have the option to upgrade your plan or pay for overage at $0.25 per additional call.
